From basic to shred!

Points to consider:

• Even on hot days you can get cold when getting out of the water. Bringing a towel and change of clothes is always a good idea.

• This is a work out and it is outside, so water and sunscreen are a must.

• We do allow additional observers- 2 people in the boat, and any others can watch from shore.  Make sure you choose someone who takes good pictures.
